7-Week Transformational Group Coaching
Together We Rise
Our 7-week group coaching program will make the most of this unique winter stay-at-home time to bring people together face-to-face over Zoom in a supportive and caring community.
Our goal is to give people a weekly opportunity to learn, check-in, engage with each other, and become healthier and stronger, so that when spring arrives we are ready to make the most of our changing landscape and season.

What to Expect
The group coaching will run 60 minutes for 7 weeks. Wednesday evenings from 7pm-8pm EST.
The first 30 minutes of each class will be dedicated to deep dives into health-related subjects: Lowering Stress, Home Health & How to Eliminate Common Toxins, The Unknown Importance of Good Posture, The ABC’s of Sleep, Head, Heart and Hara (Key Insights on Brain, Heart and Gut Health) and Food as Medicine With Easy Recipes.
The last half of each class will be about our Co-Mindfulness practice as we address the key piece driving our wellness -- OUR RELATIONSHIPS.
Each attendee will be encouraged to join us on Sunday evening for our weekly 30-minute live guided meditation series.
We will offer a “buddy program”. Everyone will be given a partner and have the opportunity to meet with them outside of class to check-in and update each other on their progress.
Effective
Our 7-week Transformational Group Coaching program centers around mastering seven core tools.
The experience is a high-tech blend of the latest information and best practices in behavior modification and transformational learning.
Asynchronous Core Content: Watch or read core program content online when you want how you want. Go as deep as you want on topics you love.
Group Transformation: Discuss and reflect for 60 minutes each week.
Self-Reflection: Paper journal and digital journal to maximize self-knowledge.

Our 7-week group program takes a two-pronged approach to our health and wellbeing by looking at individual steps we can take to improve our wellness while also recognizing that we are only as healthy and happy as our relationships.
As numerous scientific studies have discovered, out of all the many factors that predict the best possible outcomes for how long we live, the health of our bodies, the functioning of our minds and the happiness we experience, strong supportive relationships are at the top of the list.
Our unique program tackles this “dual” aspect of our wellbeing and health with live coaching, our online relationship-based Co-Mindfulness Master Class, as well as weekly group team calls to maximize self-reflection and personal transformation through small group engagement.
