Can you commit to an Act of Peace a Day for another person for the next 30 days?

Heal your relationships one act of peace at a time!


Here are a few ideas:

  • Take the time to tell someone you're close to how much you appreciate them

  • Make a cup of coffee for your partner in the morning

  • Make the time to do yoga, go for a walk, or do whatever makes you feel best so that you can be present for your family

  • During your busy day, stop, reset and make a conscious choice to be more mindful with others around you

  • Do something thoughtful for someone you care about

  • Begin your day by setting an intention that relates to your larger purpose and your relationships

  • Bring flowers or food to your elderly neighbor for no reason

  • Send a text or make a call to an old friend who might need some support

All you have to do is log an act a day, and see what other's are doing so you can get ideas and inspirations for simple and powerful acts of peace. As you go through this process, notice how this affects your mood and your feeling of connection to what's important in life. Notice how you connect to others and to your community in new ways. Each of these small Acts of Peace help to create balance and unity within ourselves and in turn the world.
