Guests greeted at Front Desk and invited to stop by the Sharp Room for welcome snacks, program itinerary and gift pick up.
Welcome Cocktails and Dinner, 6:00 - 8:30 p.m.
Guests are are invited to The Inn's Beach Club for sunset on the Gulf of Mexico, crafted cocktails and locally sourced buffet dinner. Meet and greet with guests to kickoff the experience. Guest speaker after dinner.

Session #1: Dr. Seetha Lakshmi, 9:00 - 9:45 am Covid-19: Hope & Healing, One Year later
Tampa General Hospital is leading the way nationally and statewide battling COVID-19. As TGH innovates new ways and conducts ground breaking research to save lives, Dr. Seetha Lakshmi will present COVID-19: One Year Later. You’ll learn about the new Global Emerging Diseases Institute and how to best protect yourself and your family.
Seetha Lakshmi, MD, serves as Tampa General Hospital's Medical Director of the Global Emerging Diseases Institute, Associate Hospital Epidemiologist, and a consultant for TGH Prevention Response Outreach. In addition, Dr. Lakshmi is an assistant professor for the Division of Infectious Diseases and International Medicine at USF Health Morsani College of Medicine. Dr. Lakshmi completed her fellowship in infection diseases from the University of Miami, Jackson Memorial Hospital. She is board certified in both infectious disease and internal medicine.
Keith Mitchell played as a linebacker in the NFL for the New Orleans Saints, Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars and was named to the Pro Bowl. His NFL career ended when he had a paralyzing injury in a game. Keith found the practice of yoga to help him regain functionality. Yoga helped him move again, and it opened his mind, body and soul to so much more. His goal is to bring the transformational power of yoga & meditation to a wider audience, including athletes and men, through his passion, knowledge, story and unique yoga approach.
