DREW CANOLE: Just like food has a biological nutrition, um, profile. It also has an etheric profile. So when we eat not to just consume our macros protein, carbs, fats which we see every influencer on the internet talking about, well, the carnivore diet, you know, the paleo diet, this diet, this diet, you should do this. Uh, there's a whole nother level to food that I want people to get. And that is the etheric nature of food. Every piece of meat, every piece of plant that we consume, there's energy to it. It's where did it come from? Whose hands were on this? How much love and care was this put into this animal? And I think there's so many factory raised farms with thousands of chickens that don't see the light of day, cows that don't get out on pastures like it breaks my heart because I know what it's. I'm a farmer, like, I have 80 chickens, I have alpaca and sheep, and I want to provide the best life for our animals possible. And I just know that I know that 8 billion people on planet Earth is playing small. I think planet Earth can have 25 billion people, have more than enough food and animals. And, you know, if we are going to eat it like, let's do it in a loving way, let's take care of these creatures and have a ceremony when it's time for them to transition into a different realm. Uh, and I don't think we're doing that enough now. You know, I think the Native Americans probably had it, right? Yeah. When it came to diet and eating and, um, and that's a whole nother topic, of course, but that's what I align with, probably, um, you know, being intentional about what I'm eating, not overeating. I love superfoods, as you guys know. Yeah, yeah, powerful, powerful foods. And I'm also into I wouldn't call it anti-aging, but I would say having the most energy energy in the moment.
TRICIA: Yeah. Like we want to talk about that having the most energy in the moment. And the other thing we really want you to explain is we're doing it, but we don't even know how to the Ayurvedic c legit shilajit. Yeah, yeah. Tell us why we're why we love this. Okay. For the energy. It comes from a rock. But I was saying to Doro my son who's doing is eating it. We're all like we said, we love all the products. And he's like, you know, I'm not really sure what it is again. And, you know, he's looked it up and everything. Yeah. Can you explain it and how it's so supportive.
DREW CANOLE: It's a resin that is made over four, 8000 years. And it's the microbial community of these rocks in the Himalayan mountains at a high elevation that purge minerals into this tar like resin. It's one of the most mineral dense foods on the planet. And it helps with your mitochondrial activation, helps with strength and stamina. Wow. Um, don't take too much of it, because it'll probably throw your sleep off because you won't need as much sleep like I've experienced that and I've had other people write in, they're like, hey, I'm waking up at 3:00 in the morning. I've never done this. And it's like, well, you just your mitochondria is fired up. And we have a problem, especially in America, in the west western world of sluggish mitochondria, because we're always just shoving more things in our mouth. We're not moving as much, we're not walking as much. We're taking things like Ozempic and Mantuano and other pharmaceuticals. When Mother Nature like, has the answers, right. If you just mineralize your body, there's 12 minerals. If you decompose any body at the end of it. These are the cell salts of the human body. Uh, in Shilajit alone, there's 88 minerals, and there's also humic and fulvic acid, and humic and fulvic acid are great at detoxing. Uh, not just environmental toxins, but a lot of the new toxins that have entered our environment over the past 3 to 4 years. Uh, that can cause neurological issues, gut brain axis issues. So Shilajit is one of my favorite superfoods. It's a powerhouse.
