Breakfast Freezer Pops
Perfect for a quick breakfast addition to kids heading to camp, parents on the carpool go, or just as a refresher on the hottest of summer days!
Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese or greek yogurt (HIGH in protein!)
Can use dairy-free yogurt if preferred
1 cup fruit of choice (fresh or frozen) - Frozen bananas make for a great consistency
1/4 cup water or milk of choice (we prefer almond milk)
2 tablespoons of extra energy boost! Hemp or chia seeds are a great option
Directions:
Blend all ingredients
Pour into ice pop sleeves
Freeze for up to 2 months!
