Breakfast Freezer Pops

Perfect for a quick breakfast addition to kids heading to camp, parents on the carpool go, or just as a refresher on the hottest of summer days!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese or greek yogurt (HIGH in protein!)

    • Can use dairy-free yogurt if preferred

  • 1 cup fruit of choice (fresh or frozen) - Frozen bananas make for a great consistency

  • 1/4 cup water or milk of choice (we prefer almond milk)

  • 2 tablespoons of extra energy boost! Hemp or chia seeds are a great option

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients

  • Pour into ice pop sleeves

  • Freeze for up to 2 months!
