Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Skewers

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
1 red onion, cut into wedges
Cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of dried herbs (such as thyme, oregano, or rosemary)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
