Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Chopped pecans and a dash of cinnamon for topping
Instructions:
In a jar or bowl, combine oats, almond milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Stir well.
